Our long week-end !

We were visiting with Pierre's parents this week-end (about an hour from where we live)! Its been a relaxing week-end and spent time with Pierre's sister and our niece! All the family is pretty anxious to see Claudia with Marika and Karelle. Her and Karelle are only a month and a few days apart as well ! We know they will have so much fun together even if they won't see each other that often (as they live in NFDL)

Yesterday we went to a wedding shower for a cousin in the family and got to see lots of people that I hadn't seen in a long time, that is always fun ! Everyone is really excited to meet our little one's that's for sure !

Pierre has been building a truck since last summer. He tore it completely apart and rebuilt it all ! This week-end is the first time that he was able to get it on the road for a spin with the new REALLY big 42" tires, he was really excited ! Its not completly finished and its badly needs a paint job but I thought I would post a few pictures still for you all to see !

We really need a second vehicle as Pierre only works like 10 minutes from our house but we didn't want to have to get the babies up every morning (in the winter especially with winter suits and all) just to go and drive Pierre to work if we needed to go somewhere that day... so he decided to build us a second vehicle which would not cost us much..... it took a while but he was really glad I agreed that our second vehicle would be a Monster truck hahaha....I keep telling myself that he could love worse things and that he will only be young once !

We have a lot of family (his parents even) and friends that all have trucks so you can just imagine how he enjoyed this week-end, being home and it raining all week-end with mud everywhere !!
