A special day in our hearts !

Here is a poem that I have written for today (the anniversary of the loss of our baby). This angel will always hold a special place in our hearts as he or she gave me a second chance at life and is looking over us from above as we bring our children home :)

Before you were even conceived, you were part of our family
My womb was left empty and the pain was so deep
A year has passed already,
Thank you for the sacrafice you made
My only sorrow is that you lost your life to save mine

We know you are with us as we continue our
path in life and become parents to your siblings

Your our deepest inspiration, your our reason for believing
You were born an Angel and we will be together again

Until that time, you will live in our hearts

God gave us a gift, when he gave us you
Our little angel, we will always love you

Footprints were left upon our hearts forever
