Our second home study visit

As we need to travel to do the last visits with our social worker, we headed to Fredericton all day today and did a double visit with Margaret.

Today we discussed a lot of different things like our marriage, our miscarriage, our failed private adoption and how it had changed our lives and strenghtened our relationship. We also discussed life in Ethiopia and how we had chosen this country and everything that comes with that. We went over our biography with Margaret in order for her to know us better and to be able to see what kind of couple we are. The study that she writes for us is the only thing Ethiopia will have about us and this is what they will use to match us with our children which is the reason why it is important for her to know as much about us as possible :)

All in all it was a great day and Margaret even made us lunch, a chicken and rice casserole which was delicious. We stayed over a little over 6 hours and we plan to finish the last two visits next Monday in her home as well :)
