First home study visit

We were truly excited to meet Margaret this morning for the first time. We have talked through email for a few weeks but it was nice to put a face to her name. She was very nice and we really enjoyed the visit. Most part was just to get to know us and go over stuff in our file and then we did our family tree and believe me it was a big tree. Between Pierre and I, we have over 70 aunts and uncles and many more cousins and these all had to be listed and we also had to mention things about their personalities and that so it was really fun to be able to help her see where we fit in our family. We did a 4 hour session today so we had lunch and she left not too long after that.

It was great to finally start our home study, it really seems like its getting more real with every step. Our next meeting will be in Fredericton in her home and we will be doing a double session so that should be interesting.

We are really looking forward to meeting with her again.
